I am a new customer, what should I bring with me on the day of rental?

Please bring along all of your personal/company details including address, contact numbers, credit card details and the relevant driver’s licence for the driver. To make things quicker you may complete this form and send it through to our email admin@truckworldrentals.com.au, we can then have your account set up in advance.

How does the insurance work?

Insurance is included with all of our equipment however there is a standard excess of $10,000 for all assets except road train dollies and our 2 Tonne truck with has a $5,000 excess. An additional $5,000 excess will apply if the operator of the asset is under the age of 25 years old or has held the relevant driver licence for less than 2 years. If a vehicle or trailer is damaged Truckworld rentals reserves the right to keep the equipment on hire until repaired.

Do I have to pay in advance and is there a bond?

Yes payment will be need to be made on the day of rental on a credit or debit card and we require a bond to be held until the asset is returned.

Are there any cancelation fees or am I able to move the date of my booking?

We totally understand that the transport industry is unpredictable and we can move the date of your booking provided there is availability with no charge. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation or there will be 1 day rental charge.
